If your appointment is during the hours of 3:30pm - 5:30pm on weekdays, you can park for free at Paterson Street West, Paterson Street East and Elizabeth Street multi-storey car parks in Launceston.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, a 50% deposit will be required prior to booking your next appointment.
This also applies to clients who do not show up for their appointments.

Depending on how late you are to your appointment and what you are booked in for, your appointment may be cut short or you may need to reschedule.

You can book and manage your appointments on the Fresha website/app. Otherwise, feel free to contact me via email or phone.
To avoid any fees, please abide by our 24-hour cancellation policy.

No shaving prior.
Cease using exfoliating products in the area for 1-2 weeks prior.
Must not be taking roaccutane or other skin-thinning medications.
Must not be using any skin-thinning products such as benzoyl peroxide.

Different products can be used for sensitive skin but a patch test can be performed if needed.

To maintain results, it is recommended to come back every 4-6 weeks.

Keep them dry for 24 hours after your appointment
Use an oil free lash cleanser regularly to clean your lashes
Avoid oils on the lashes
No mascara on the extensions
Avoid picking or pulling at your lashes

Tints normally last 0-2 days on the skin and up to 2 weeks on the hairs.

To maintain results, refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. If you are just wanting them for a one-time event, you can let them grow out or come back for a removal.

We offer classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions. There are a number of questions we will ask you at your appointment to make sure we accommodate your needs.

To qualify for a refill you must have approximately 40% of your lash extensions on. If you have less than 40% of lashes on you will need to book a full set to ensure your lashes are nice and full after your appointment.

In short - no!
No damage should occur if the lashes are applied correctly by a qualified lash technician and the recommended aftercare is followed.

A lash extension-safe mascara can be used but normally the extensions provide enough darkness, thickness and fullness to not have to use mascara.

We do welcome foreign refills however; we will need to see your lashes to ensure that we can work with them.
If we feel your current lashes are not up to a safe standard we will recommend a removal and a new full set with us.

It is recommended to come back every 6-8 weeks to maintain your results.

Unless you have had a reaction previously, we won’t know until we start applying lashes. A patch test can be performed if needed. Patch tests are recommended to all new clients and clients who have had reactions in the past.

A patch test is carried out by applying products onto the skin and/or lashes at least 48 hours prior to the full treatment being performed.
A patch test is recommended for clients who have not had the treatment done before and for clients who have had a reaction to the treatment in the past. Please contact us if you have any queries.
